1. 1. Apply for reservation (1) This Internet reservation system (hereinafter abbreviated as this system) is a system that allows customers to make reservations directly at the hotel using the Internet. Anyone can search for information such as hotel availability registered in this system, but Internet registration is required to apply for reservations. (2) Registered customers can apply for reservations 24 hours a day. (3) The reservation information you applied for will be sent to the hotel's e-mail address immediately after registration is completed. (4) This system can be used free of charge. 2. Reservation qualification (1) Anyone with an internet PC or mobile e-mail address can make a reservation. 3. 3. Customer registration (1) Please register your personal information from the registration screen. A registration completion notification will be sent to the address you applied for. After that, you can apply for a reservation. (2) Registration is free. There are no registration fees or annual membership fees. Four. Usage contract (1) The usage contract is directly concluded between the customer and the hotel. (2) The usage contract is established when the customer finally confirms the contents registered in this system and presses the button (switch) for regular reservation registration. (3) We will never use the registered personal information without permission. However, this does not apply if requested by a public institution (police, court, etc.). Five. Payment of accommodation fee (deposit policy) At the hotel, "customers who settle the accommodation fee" are required to show the advance payment or credit card at check-in. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of accommodation settlement at check-out. 6. Change / cancellation of reservation details (1) If the reservation details are changed, please use this system to promptly register the change. (2) If the system cannot be used due to unavoidable circumstances, the member should contact the hotel directly. If you contact the hotel directly, no change cancellation notice will be sent. 7. 7. Cancellation fee For cancellation of reservations, schedule changes, and reduction of the number of guests, a cancellation fee (cancellation charge) will be charged at the following rate with respect to the contract price. 2 days before the accommodation date ・ ・ ・ 20% The day before the accommodation date ・ ・ ・ 80% On the day of stay ・ ・ ・ 100% 8. 8. Our liability and disclaimer (1) The Hotel will compensate the guest for damages in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or in the event of damage to the guest due to non-performance thereof. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the hotel. (2) The hotel has inn liability insurance to deal with fires. (3) If the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted guest room, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible. (4) If the hotel cannot arrange for another accommodation facility regardless of the above provisions, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty, and the compensation fee will be applied to the damage compensation amount. However, we will not pay the compensation fee if there is no reason to blame the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room. 9. Regarding other terms of use associated with use, the hotel's accommodation agreement will apply. Ten.
